1.1  SUMMARY

We collect account, transactional, and technical data to operate the Platform. We never store full card numbers. Credits balances and spend history are stored to manage the virtual‑credits system.

1.2  DATA WE COLLECT

  • Account Data – name, email, address, password hash, two‑factor tokens.
  • Transaction Data – Credits purchases, spends, Earned Credits, withdrawal requests.
  • Payment Metadata – last 4 digits of card, payment tokens from Stripe.
  • Technical Data – IP, device, cookies, log files.
  • Merchant KYC Data – EIN/SSN, government ID, bank details.

1.3  HOW WE USE DATA

  • Provide, secure, and improve the Platform.
  • Process Credits purchases and service requests.
  • Detect fraud and prohibited activity.
  • Comply with legal obligations (AML, tax, etc.).

1.4  SHARING

  • With payment processor Stripe, Inc.
  • With service providers under NDA (hosting, email, analytics).
  • With Merchants (only data needed to fulfil services).
  • With authorities when required by law.

1.5  SECURITY

We use TLS encryption, hashed passwords, access controls, and PCI‑DSS‑compliant payment processing. No method of transmission is 100 % secure; you use the Platform at your own risk.

You may delete your account and request data deletion at any time by contacting privacy@walleot.com.

1.6  COOKIES & GOOGLE ANALYTICS

We use essential cookies plus Google Analytics (ip‑anonymised). You may opt‑out via browser settings or Google’s opt‑out plug‑in.

1.7  YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on jurisdiction, you may access, correct, delete, or port your data. Contact privacy@walleot.com.

1.8  CHILDREN

The Platform is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect or retain personal information from children under 13, and our Platform is not intended for their use.

1.9 DATA RETENTION

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, including legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. You may request deletion at any time.
